Mr. Constantinos E. Pierides is the founder and Managing Director of Optimus Real Estate Agency. He is a graduate of City University, London (BSc in Real Estate Finance & Investment) and University College London (MSc in Project and Enterprise Management). In addition, he is a Chartered Valuer Surveyor with specialization in the residential/commercial/leisure/industrial market, and carried out a wide range of complex property valuations, development appraisals and real estate consulting. Furthermore he is a Licensed and Registered Estate Agent.
Constantinos is a member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), CREEA (Cyprus Real Estate Agents Association), ETEK (Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber), the Cyprus Property Valuers Association and Secretary General of FIABCI International Real Estate Federation (Cyprus Chapter).
